Sarah "Ruth" Latham

Ruth Latham earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Mississippi State University in 2015 and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from The University of Alabama in 2018.

Ruth has a passion for working with children and young adults, helping them understand their emotions and navigate the world around them. She loves teaching her clients mindfulness techniques to help them become more aware of their thoughts and behaviors, in addition to utilizing other evidence-based techniques.

In her spare time, Ruth enjoys praying, practicing yoga, and meditating. in addition to her impressive background and passion for working with children and young adults, is also an author of a children's book. Her diverse experiences and dedication make her a fantastic resource for helping young minds grow and flourish.

Brittney Williams

Brittney Williams is a dedicated Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, holding Master of Social Work from The University Alabama (2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (2015). With over six years of experience as a forensic mental health social worker, she has a strong commitment to supporting individuals with severe mental illness and those in correctional facilities.

Brittney is passionate about making a positive impact in lives of others, that everyone has the potential to contribute to a better world. In her free time, she loves to travel, enjoy music and dancing, attend concerts, craft, and cherish moments with family and friends.

Dr. Zina Wiggins

Dr. Zina Wiggins believes healing begins when you feel truly seen and supported. With over 20 years of experience in schools, counseling agencies, and nonprofits, she helps children, teens, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, and life transitions with compassion and understanding. Zina creates a safe, judgment-free space where clients can explore emotions, build resilience, and move toward peace and fulfillment.

Zina is an Associate Licensed Counselor (ALC) under the supervision of Dr. Vatausha Howard (Ph.D., LPC-S, NCC) and holds advanced degrees in Counseling, Ministry, and Educational Leadership.

Outside of counseling, Zina serves as Board President of New Beginnings Educational Center, is a licensed and ordained minister, and enjoys time with her husband of 32 years, family, and friends.
